REGOLE DELLA CASA
Non sono ammesse persone differenti da quelle presenti al check-in. Sono ammessi gratuitamente animali domestici di piccola o media taglia. Il soggiorno minimo deve essere di 3 giorni e 2 notti, quello massimo di 3 mesi. Non è possibile utilizzare l’appartamento per organizzare feste o eventi. Non si può fumare all’interno dell’appartamento ma solo nell’area smoking in prossimità dei giardini.

The daily amount for the entire apartment is € 100 , the tourist tax of €5 per person is not included.

Daily cleaning and change of rooms and luggage storage after check-out.

Final cleaning kitchen and cooking 40 € (held in deposit at check-in and returned if the kitchen is returned clean and in good condition).
HOUSE RULES
Different people from those who are at the check-in are not admitted. Pets are free admitted, just small or medium sizes. The minimum stay must be of 3 days and 2 nights, in change the maximum stay can be of 3 months. It’s not possible to use the apartment for parties nor any kind of events. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment, but it’s permitted only in the gardens area.
